Large construction firm in Wilmington, DE seeks Controller to oversee all financial accounting and with potential for future growth into the CFO position in approximately two to three years.

The position will be responsible for supervision of all accounting and financial personnel, and include planning, organizing, directing and leading all aspects of the financial accounting function in areas of strategic direction, procedure development and financial reporting in order to meet the demands of internal clients, ownership, investors, lenders, auditors, governmental agencies and any other stakeholder.

Although we seek an experienced Controller, we are open to an Accounting Manager or up and comer looking to take her career to the next level.

The position does NOT require a CPA certification, however we would like someone with at least 5 years construction experience and a stable job history.

We are willing to relocate from anywhere in the USA.
