Midsized commercial and multifamiy construction firm seeks Project Manager to oversee projects in the Toledo area.

Candidates should have a stable job history performing as a project manager on commercial, multifamily or institutional projects.

Ground-up vertical building project experience is a must.

General contractor background, not developer/owner side

Bachelor degree is preferred.

Commercial projects $10M + in size
