This is a longterm lead Project Manager role reporting to the Project Executive. The company has been successfully building ground up commercial and institutional projects $20Million-$200Million in size for over 25 years. This person will be working in the Fort Lauderdale region. We are considering Senior Project Manager as well as experienced up and coming Project Managers with approximately 7+ years of ground up GC experience. This person will need to be degreed and already have experience building in Florida. Multifamily, healthcare, education, (k-12 and University) office, municipal, retail etc.
