We seek a construction project executive for the Boca Raton, Florida area.

The right candidate will manage teams and develop client relationships in industrial warehouses, cold storage, and self-storage projects valued between $60-200MM. The projects will be focused on South Florida, covering the Tri-County area.

The right candidate will have experience in an industrial warehouse, retail, mixed-use, call centers, self-storage, multi-family, and heavy civil desired.

Candidates must have strong Procore use and knowledge, experience managing project financials, project schedules, contracts, and change management experience in a General Contractor setting.

Candidates should have a stable job history and good communication skills.
