We are looking for a longterm Director of Construction Operations for commercial and institutional construction buildings in the Central Florida and Orlando region. The company has been well established for over 30 years in the region and builds ground up multifamily, education, municipal, healthcare, retail, entertainment and several other types of commercial work averaging $10Million-$125Million per project. (about $350Mill annually)
Candidates MUST have stable job history at reputable GC firms with this type of background experience. Candidate MUST have been a ground up Project Manager in their past.
