Job Overview
We are looking for a longterm Director of Estimating and Preconstruction for commercial and institutional construction buildings throughout Florida. We have positions for Senior Estimators and Chiefs in multiple office regions to choose from: Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Miami, Jupiter, Melbourne, Jacksonville and Gainesville. The firm is well established within Fl with 30 years of reputable history in the region building ground up multifamily, education, municipal, healthcare, retail, entertainment and several other types of commercial work averaging $10Million-$125Million per project. (about $350Mill annually)
Candidates MUST have stable job history at reputable GC firms with this type of background experience. Candidate MUST have been a ground up Estimator in their past.
